When requesting a return or refund, please first email firstname.lastname@example.org (within 14 days of receiving your item) describing the reason for requesting a refund (faulty product, wrong product sent, etc) and we will advise on the best way of processing your request.

We do not accept goods returned as COD freight.
Within Australia we ship items via Australia Post. At checkout you can choose between regular parcel post for $12 or express parcel post for $15.
Shipping outside of Australia is a flat fee of $35AUD which is automatically calculated at checkout.
Any Import Duties or Customs Taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
At Flexible Fit Equestrian we will always endeavor to have your items sent as soon as possible after payment has been made and generally this will be within two business days. Although we cannot give a time frame for delivery by Australia Post we recommend using the express post option if you require your order sooner rather than later.
Items Lost in Transit
Flexible Fit Equestrian will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
